1. Return Conditions
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:
- The artwork must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The artwork must be in its original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items (Custom Art)
Please note that bespoke or custom-commissioned artworks (pieces made specifically to your size or theme requests) cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
3. Damaged Items
Artworks are fragile. If your order arrives damaged during transit, please:
- Take photos or a short video of the damaged packaging and the artwork immediately.
- Contact us at homyy1851@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned artwork.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).
- You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
5. Shipping Costs
- Change of Mind: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Damaged/Defective Items: We will cover all shipping costs for returns or replacements.
